Enjoy a fuss-free and exquisite dinner experience tailored for a family of four to five with luxurious and personalised room service in the comfort of your home. All the dishes from Room Service by Saint Pierre are cooked, prepared and plated on exquisite tableware at the restaurant prior to delivery, with the staff simply removing the cling film upon arrival. No cooking or reheating is required.

Kick-start the delectable meal with an assortment of artisanal breads paired with salted Brittany butter, before enjoying a selection of four fine starters like cherry trout, Hokkaido white corn, green almond; Western Australian marron, fine beans, finger lime; Australian black truffle, green asparagus, hazelnut; and Chutoro, Amela tomato, violet artichoke. For mains, there is the highly lauded Wagyu beef served with. summer vegetable and wasabi jus. Next, diners will be served a selection. of gourmet cheeses like vieux comte and sillon bleu, accompanied with a variety of nuts, breads and condiments like truffle honey. End the sumptuous meal with an impeccable dessert course—the tarte aux fruits. The petit fours are equally impressive, comprising intricate creations like pecan caramel choux, passion fruit macaron, lime bonbon and vanilla financier.

Limited to five deliveries a day, Room Service by Saint Pierre is only available on Friday and Saturday only. The menu will change weekly according to the seasonality of ingredients. All the tableware that the dishes are plated on will be provided and the team will arrange to have the used plates collected from the guest’s house the next day. Priced at $800++, Room Service by Saint Pierre requires a 2-day advance.

The restaurant also offers three selections of specialty omakase meals: Saint Pierre Bento ($220++), Saint Pierre (SP) X Shoukouwa (SKW) Bento ($320++), and Saint Pierre Caviar Bento ($380++), allowing diners to enjoy a virtual get-together with friends and families using Zoom.

The unique dining experience begins with a member from the team personally delivering a specially curated omakase meal to the diner’s home in a premium bento box. To start the digital party, diners will have to enter a virtual room on Zoom, using a link provided to them along with their meal. Once all guests have gathered, Virtual Saint Pierre commences with an appearance by none other than Emmanuel himself, who will interact with guests and introduce them to the menu’s selection. The party continues at the guests’ leisure.

Saint Pierre Bento takes inspiration from the A-Z menu, and includes an array of fresh seasonal produce like hamachi, Amela tomato, hairy crab, Jerusalem artichoke, and more. From amuse-bouche, starters, mains and desserts, the two-tier disposable bento box comprises 18 items.

Fans of two Michelin-starred Shoukouwa can opt for the Saint Pierre (SP) X Shoukouwa (SKW) Bento, an 18-course omakase meal featuring the best produce from both restaurants. Served in a two-tier disposable box, diners can look forward to an array of signature dishes from Shoukouwa, such as, Hokkaido uni with yuba, blackthroat seaperch and more. Highlights from Saint Pierre include the madai fish served with kohlrabi and wasabi, omi beef with mushroom and radish, and more.

For the ultimate indulgence, go for the Saint Pierre Caviar Bento. The 8-course omakase extravaganza showcases dishes like Chutoro, sand carrot, ginger flower; Amela tomato, Hass avocado, yuzu kosho; Hokkaido hairy crab, pumpkin, green peas; Hokkaido scallop, fennel, dill; Western Australian marron, finger lime, almond; black winter truffle, green asparagus and hazelnut; and more—all served with generous portions of either kaluga hybrid caviar or oscietra caviar.
