1. Kanye West x Louis Vuitton

Making the top of the list is the Kanye West x Louis Vuitton Jasper sneaker. This high-top comes in 3 colourways and this patchwork grey and pink version is the most sought-after one. Since its launch in 2009, the value has skyrocketed through the roof and is now worth a shocking £22,763 (S$40,069), an increase of 2,532 per cent from its retail price.
2. Chanel x Pharrell x Adidas NMD Hu

Highest Resale Price: S$33,813 (Size 11)
This sneaker is the result of a rare and unique collaboration between Chanel, Adidas and French boutique Colette. Only 500 pairs were released, each valued at around £10,619 (S$18,692), an increase of 1,106 per cent from its retail value. The highest recorded resale price was an astonishing S$33,813 for a size 11 on StockX.
3. Air Jordan 4 Retro Eminem x Carhartt

World-famous rapper Eminem collaborated with Carhartt and Air Jordan to release 10 pairs of these which were sold for US$20,000 (S$27,250) at Stadium Goods. Made to commemorate the 15th Anniversary of Shady Records, this pair comes in black and metallic silver, featuring a black-based Carhartt upper with silver accents and Eminem branding throughout finished off by a full translucent gum sole. As of 13 December 2019, a size 9 is up for grabs at S$36,211.
4. Air Jordan 4 Retro “Undefeated”

With only 72 pairs available, a pair of Undefeated Air Jordan 4 was sold at Stadium Goods for US$18,500 (S$25,206). Released in 2005, this sneaker was the first time Air Jordan collaborated with another brand, making it one of the rarest Air Jordans.
5. Jordan 11 Retro Premium Derek Jeter

These Air Jordans were designed to celebrate the retirement of baseball legend Derek Jeter and only 5 pairs were made. A pair was resold on StockX for US$18,257 (S$24,875), while another commanded a bidding price of US$30,000 at the Sotheby’s rare sneaker auction.
